For over 30 years the Baumli Draft Horse and Mule Semi-Annual Consignment Sale has specialized in bringing together quality draft horse, mule stock and serious buyers to Northwest Missouri.  Leo F. Baumli started the tradition of providing a quality horse and tack sale mainly as a way to market his own stock. Soon the reputation of a fair and honest operation was developed.  

Leo's son, Richard, grew up raising horses, jack stock, and mules with his father and uses this knowledge to continue to bring quality stock to the sales.

Richard is proud to have Bob Quick join the sale as horse and horse equipment consignor.  Bob Quick is famous in his own right.  For the last 25 years, he and his wife, Dorothy, have provided a semi-annual draft horse and mule sale in St. Joseph, Missouri.  Their sales are known nation wide and have stood for good selection, serious buyers, and a honest operation.
